Who we are

Tsz Kin Ken Leung, doing business as Zentrol ("Zentrol", "we", "us") operates the Zentrol dashboard at app.zentrol.ai and this website. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Our address is Los Angeles, California, United States.

Information we collect

We collect only the data we need to run the service:

• Account data: your name, work email, company name, and password credentials held by our authentication provider.
• Waitlist data: the name, work email, company, mobile number, and message you send us through the waitlist form.
• Workspace data: projects, tickets, comments, agent assignments, review decisions, and the status records the dashboard needs to coordinate work.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and error logs, collected when you use the site or the dashboard.
• Support data: the messages you send us by email or text message.

Information we do not collect

Zentrol agents run on your own computers through the Zentrol daemon. Your source code, your repositories, and your AI provider credentials stay on your hardware. We do not copy them to our servers. Review artifacts that you choose to send to the dashboard are the one exception, and they expire automatically.

How we use your information

• To create your account and give you access to the dashboard.
• To coordinate tickets, agent sessions, and review between the people in your workspace.
• To send service messages about your account, your beta access, and the work your agents do.
• To answer your support requests.
• To keep the service secure, find abuse, and fix errors.
• To meet our legal duties.

Text messages and your mobile number

We send text messages only to a mobile number that you give us, and only after you agree to receive them. You can stop the messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as our messaging provider, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that run parts of Zentrol for us, and only for that purpose:

• Hosting, database, and authentication providers that store account and workspace data.
• The messaging provider that delivers our email and text messages.
• Error and performance monitoring providers.
• Payment providers, if you buy a paid plan.

We also share data when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public. If our business is sold or merged, your data can transfer to the buyer under this policy.

Cookies and local storage

The dashboard stores your login session in your browser so that you stay signed in. This site uses no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking.

How long we keep your data

We keep account and workspace data while your account is open. After you close your account, we erase or anonymize the data within 90 days, except for records that we must keep by law. Cloud review artifacts expire on their own retention schedule.

Security

We protect data in transit with TLS, restrict internal access to the people who need it, and store credentials in encrypted form. No service can promise perfect security, but we work to keep the risk low.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, erase it, or export it. Write to info@zentrol.ai and we will answer within 30 days. You can also tell us to stop sending you marketing email or text messages at any time.

Children

Zentrol is a tool for work. It is not for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If the change is large, we also tell you by email.
